CIRCLE helps to visualize complex processes across multiple production lines in a transparent manner. Automatically generated reports provide information in the event of process deviations and with production evaluations. Based on the web application, all data on machine status, process and output can be viewed from any location using a standard browser. With the use of mobile devices, CIRCLE offers a permanent, up-to-date and automated source of information.

CIRCLE detects deviations from defined standards during production and displays them clearly during production. Production downtimes caused by faults that are detected too late are minimized. Quality and production output are increased by evaluating the data in real time.


Extensive visualizations such as charts, statistics and graphs are already available in the basic installation. In addition, CIRCLE offers numerous interfaces for seamless integration into the company environment. Evaluations can be exported in real time to other formats such as EXCEL, XML, TXT, HTML or PDF via the CIRCLE Open Interface.


CIRCLE communicates directly with the machine control system and can process additional data via open interfaces, for example from a measuring and testing laboratory.


By automatically notifying the responsible employees in the event of machine malfunctions, material shortages or if specified limit values are exceeded, machine troubleshooting and maintenance can be significantly improved and personnel can be deployed in a more targeted manner.


The machine and system status is continuously monitored by CIRCLE. The user is automatically informed when critical conditions occur. With this information, our customers are able to gradually optimize the quality and quantity of production.


The modular structure of CIRCLE can be easily adapted to the company-specific conditions of any production plant. Thanks to its open communication system, it can be expanded almost at will and connected to a large number of existing automation systems. CIRCLE is web-based and platform-independent.


Products can be automatically labeled with CIRCLE. The markings, such as stickers or barcodes, make the production process of a product transparent and fully traceable.


By evaluating the production data, the customer has the opportunity to objectively evaluate, assess and influence production. Well-founded forecasts open up new possibilities for planning and quality assurance.
