CIRCLE connects unlimited capabilities oriented on product and its components. Starting from the controller of each machine on production line through quality control CIRCLE supports leading production enterprises worldwide.
How can CIRCLE help you?
CIRCLE controls (Control)
During production CIRCLE controls the process for deviations from quality standards and
reports these deviations during production. Product rejects are minimized when production disturbances are detected early.
With real time data control product quality will preserve and will boost the production rate.
CIRCLE (Information)
Wide variety of analyzing functions like Charts, Statistics, Curves; Graphs are already contained in basic installation.
Thanks to this CIRCLE offers great interface for integration and fitting in to company field.
Through CIRCLE Open Interface Production data can be exported in to other file formats (EXCEL, XML, TXT, HTML, PDF) or
linked directly to a third party application (ex. LabView).
Export can be done on demand, or periodically through an integrated BATCH manager application.
CIRCLE (Recording)
CIRCLE communicates directly with machine control unit (ex. Siemens S5, S7, Mitsubishi) and can handle
with additional information above open interfaces (ex. from a measuring and test laboratory).
CIRCLE (Communication)
Machine and its status are continuously monitored by CIRCLE. The user will be automatically informed if a critical status occurs.
Warnings, Stops, Process deviations and in consequence all maintenance activities will be documented by CIRCLE.
Having this kind of information our Clients are in good position to optimize production quality and quantity.
CIRCLE (Labeling)
Products will be marked automatically by CIRCLE. Through Labeling (ex. sticer or barcode) production process becomes completely transparent for a finished product.
CIRCLE (Evaluation)
Production dates estimation reveal a new possibility for the Client to objectively evaluate, estimate and effect the production.

03.08.2011MES System CIRCLE-acara
Our MES system - CIRCLE acara- receives new functionality and an improved
layout. Currently, the order module goes into operation. Production orders,
generated by the SAP system, are prepared and immediately become effective
in the "Shop Floor System" CIRCLE.
Other features such as a product database (EDB = engineering data base) for
the description of the product data; e.g. drawings, data sheets and limits;
will be completed by the end of this year.

As always at the beginning a year, we meet the certification according to ISO 9001:2008 by DQS. Our auditor, Dr. Nowack audits and reviewed us. Also important topic was the certification for the standard SCC.

We are delighted to welcome new project managers and programmers in our ranks. The Audi team receives staff from the local region and the island of Ruegen. Quality assurance is of particular importance and is professionally supported by a new employee.

CIRCLE
First installations of the new CIRCLE client "acara". These new platform independent components enables with a view over the CIRCLE recorded dates and offers automatic reports (Excel, PDF, HTML,...).

Our InMemory search engine had a redesign and is available in a new, user-friendly release. This ist the basic of used cars search in vehicle population of AUDI/VW.

Gas compressor 4 from the Trianel Gasspeicher Epe GmbH & Co.KG working fine. The test run is in full activity. Last works will finish the project.

We install the Production Information system CIRCLE in a factory in China. Our goal is to improve the quality of products highly significant.

CAS- the new Alignment System from Clausohm has been installed with success in a Chinese production facility. Along with our CIRCLE system we conduce to great product quality improvement.
